Hello, Seems as though many customers are having issues with their Superhub 3 rebooting constantly through the day/night. I am too. On the second unit and mutiple fobbed off phone calls later. Engineer is coming again tomorrow so let’s hope they fix issue. Changing supplier if this happens again - 2xmobile, home phone,internet,tv- all going. Can’t stand talking to their Indian call centres - way too noisy in the background (annoying in its own right) and hard to catch their accent too. My hand is being forced here by Virgin Media. So while writing this my neighbour called asking if could help with his virgin internet as it is down and keeps rebooting also! So fault lies in road connection? - the one they keep coming to fix for over a year! Having to write this using my phone data, which will cost me as internet at home keeps going down. Please help.
